• Worked with the organization to lead the vision and strategy of the product. Trained the team on methodologies to put users first.

• Created the roadmap of the product based on customer’s needs and wants – used the Jobs To Be Done framework & the Value Proposition Canvas.

• Shaped the product from concept to production via design sprints, lean methodologies, and user tests.

• Helped Symetria grow its team from 0 to 16 people in less than a year.

• Responsible for the brand, design, and UX of Symetria’s products.
